The European Labour History Network is organized around working groups consisting of researchers working on the same topics or in the same area. The Network organizes a bi-annual conference, with contributions from around the world.

The ELHN endorses the statements issued by other organizations regarding the dismissal of labor historian Tom Alter. We consider this an attack on historical practice and freedom of speech. We urge university leaders to uphold due process and resist actions that could set damaging precedents for academia.
